Can't connect to VPN

If ExpressVPN connection seems to connect properly, but you can't browse to ANY websites at all, including sites that you can view when ExpressVPN is not connected, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure that your browser is set to auto-detect proxy or to no proxy. Go to the instructions for your browser:

  2. Other possible causes should have been recorded in the ExpressVPN log file. To access the log file, in the ExpressVPN window, click Save Log:

    Save the log file, and send it to us.
